Hinde House - commercial premises.
We were engaged to undertake the refurbishment of the commercial levels of the Grade II listed Hinde House, adjacent to Manchester Square, Westminster.
The development required internal refurbishment of the commercial units, new shop fronts and entrances to both street facades, and the refurbishment and extension of the basement to provide for further commercial space, and to accommodate a new 400m2 boutique restaurant.
Careful attention was required to the street facing aspects of the building and the integration of shop front and residential entrances to the public and pedestrian areas. Our engagement also extended to include development of a mews house and refurbishment of residential units to the rear of the property.
