Averley - eco-village and leisure centre.
Thurrock, Essex
We were engaged to provide design proposals for the redevelopment of a greenfield site in Thurrock, Essex. Our brief was to form urban proposals for a self-sustaining development consisting of a new football stadium sports hub, with gymnasium / sports hall, a community leisure centre, nursery, care home, and educational facilities, set within a new residential development featuring 500 model homes based on eco-village principles.
